in memory of Officer Jeremy Henwood
STAR/PAL, in partnership with the San Diego Police Department, invites you to participate in an exciting indoor triathlon! Event consists of a 10-minute pool swim, 20-minute cycle ride (stationary bike), and 15-minute treadmill run. Distances for each category are combined to determine the winners. This event is a perfect warm-up to triathlon season, AND for beginners in the sport.

Location: Lawrence Family JCC La Jolla, CA
Time: First wave begins at 8:10am. Wave Schedule will be sent out to participants 1 week before the event
